Oven Roasted Cabbage
The easiest side dish that is just as pretty as it is delicious. Oven roasted cabbage is healthy and uses ingredients you have on hand!

- 1/2 large head of cabbage, sliced into 1.5" thick slices
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper, depending on spice preference
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. Spray with olive oil or other nonstick spray. Lay the slices of cabbage down on the sheet.
In a small bowl mix the olive oil, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and salt and pepper. Brush the slices of cabbage with the olive oil mix, be generous. Bake for 3540 minutes until edges are browning and the center of cabbage is fork tender. Enjoy!
