Mesclun Greens with Apples, Blue cheese, Walnuts and a Honey Dijon Dressing

For the salad:
- 1 5oz bag mesclun greens
- 1/4 red onion halved, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 honeycrisp apple quartered and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnut peices
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
For dressing:
In a large measuring cup, combine the oil, honey and dijon. Whisk until all combined.
Lightly dress the salad and give another toss.
