Sheet Pan Garlic Parmesan Cod

Sheet Pan Garlic Parmesan Cod Sheet Pan Garlic Parmesan Cod Sheet Pan Garlic Parmesan CodAnother #EasyMondays, another sheet pan. I can’t be stopped nor should I be. Aren’t we all grateful for easy recipes on one pan??

Here’s the thing with this one. It’s fish so it cooks quickly! Not only is it prepared on one sheet (line with parchment paper for extra simple cleanup) but it’s also done in under 30 minutes. Depends how thick your fish is! My cod pieces were pretty thick so took about 21 minutes for them to flake with a fork. But for thinner pieces, 15 minutes and you’re golden. The broiler at the end is what gets that beautiful light brown color on the top so don’t skip it!

This recipe works well with practically any flaky white fish so make the swap for what you have, haddock, halibut, tilapia etc. I’ve made this with halibut and it’s amazing!
