Hello my loves,
A simple and delicious recipe for you today. Creamy orange ricotta toast to improve your daily bread and give your taste buds a little excitement. It’s creamy, smooth, full of orange flavor and so so good on top of buttery, crispy toast.
The ricotta, orange juice, orange extract and honey is put in a food processor and pulsed until it’s smooth and creamy. Making the perfect toast topping! Now, I know the toaster is an easy way to make toast but let me try to convince you to make it on the stove. First off, it toasts in butter. That right there is the main reason because with the heat, the butter becomes browned and adds the absolute best slightest nutty flavor and the crispiest bite. When you take a bite of stovetop toast, you’ll get that initial crunch and then the soft bread underneath all while a burst of butter comes out. It truly is exceptional. I didn’t know I could be this passionate about toast making but wowza it makes a big difference. So, highly encouraged!
This ricotta cheese is also great spread on top of pancakes or waffles, rolled into crepes or with a sweet cracker like a graham cracker or animal cracker. You will love!

- 5 tbsp butter, divided
