Hello darlings,
First off, let me say that I hope you are healthy and safe. It is an absolutely crazy time in our world right now. It’s important that we each do our part to protect ourselves and others. With everything going on, I thought it could be helpful to create recipes using pantry staples. Hence this Thai curried ramen noodles dish.
There is one ingredient I have in here that you may not have in your pantry. Red curry paste. You can still order things online right now and I found one on Amazon. Click HERE
If you don’t want to order anything, you can totally make this without the curry paste by adding additional amounts of the spices, which I listed out for you in the printable recipe.
