Hello loves!
Today is the day we leave for Italy!! Eeeekkk!! I started thinking that it might be fun to not only show you what I pack in my carry-on, but to share with you this amazing company I found for travel gear! There are certain things that are essential for any flight, no matter the duration. Such as, an extra outfit in case your luggage gets lost and a phone charger. There are a couple of extra things to pack for an international flight that will make it more enjoyable, relaxing and luxurious. Think silk eye masks, cashmere slippers and face masks. Ahhhh so relaxing. Now, onto the actual bag itself.
I found a company called Lo & Sons which was founded by a mother and her two sons. They specialize in multi-purpose, well functioning bags for travel and everyday life. The belt bag I received from them can be worn as a belt bag or as a shoulder bag. They have totes that double as backpacks. You see the point. High functioning bags that you can take with you everywhere! And they all have an abundance of pockets. Like this Catalina Deluxe bag seen below. It has a separate compartment at the bottom for you to keep your shoes in so you don’t get your clothes dirty in the main compartment, you can keep a blanket or scarf in there or all of your snacks so your clothes don’t end up smelling like bananas…whatever floats your boat!
This bag has certainly made packing and keeping things organized while traveling, much easier for me! And if you know me, you know I’m a bit of an organization freak. You can check out their site HERE for all sorts of goodies.
Now, onto what I put inside! I never get on any flight without:
- Phone charger
- Snacks
- A scarf
- Some sort of face spray
- A book
- Cozy socks
- Any medications I take
- At least 1 extra pair of contacts
- A deep hydrating mask or moisturizer
- A change of clothes
