Hello my loves,
The seasonal treats at Starbucks get me every. year. The peppermint mocha, the reindeer pop, the snowman cookie and of course, the cranberry bliss bars. They are just so good! Starbucks now sells full sheets of these bars you can buy at the coffee shops but making a sheet of this homemade version could not be easier and is way cheaper. They would be great to gift to neighbors, great to take to an office party, have at your Christmas dessert bar (everyone has one of those, right? Not just my family?) or just make a sheet for yourself because, why not?
These cranberry bliss bars (Starbucks copycat) are exactly what you’re thinking. Buttery bars with white chocolate chips, dried cranberries and a little orange zest for a brighter flavor than the coffee shop version.

Ingredients
Bars:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted (2 sticks)
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup Craisins
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (1 block)
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup Craisins, for topping
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- orange zest for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9 inch jelly roll pan (rimmed baking sheet) with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, beat butter and brown sugar on medium speed. Add the eggs, orange zest and vanilla and beat until combined. Add ginger, baking powder, salt and flour. Beat until just mixed. Using a spatula, stir in white chocolate chips and Craisins. Spread evenly into prepared pan and bake 18-22 minutes until set and edges are starting to be golden brown. Cool completely before frosting.
- When ready to frost, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy. Top cooled bars with this then sprinkle with Craisins and more orange zest. Next melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for 20 seconds at at time, stirring after every 20 seconds. Stir it well as it helps it melt evenly. Drizzle the melted chocolate with a fork over the bars. Eat right away or let refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
