Whenever I make a gift guide for her, I think of things that I would like to receive myself and things that I already have and love. Rest assured I don’t add junk to my gift guides! Here’s my gifts for her post for the 2023 holiday season.
Gifts For Her
Sweaters
Sweaters always make an excellent gift as they are cozy and seasonably appropriate. My top sweater recommendation this year is the first cardigan linked below by Quince. A true oversized sweater that’s unbelievably soft. I have it and love it! All the others are great quality options as well! Cashmere makes for a “wow” moment so there are a couple of those in here. A lot of these come in other color options as well. I wanted to include pieces that are classic and wearable by everyone.
Outerwear
Coats and jackets always make an excellent gift as well. They are often pricier items therefore people sometimes skip buying for themselves. Below you will find a couple that I have (the brown oversized one from Madewell as well as the silver puffer vest from Gap) and some others that I’m crushing on.
Accessories
Here I have linked bags, scarves, wraps, headbands, jewelry etc. The headbands that I’ve linked are my absolute favorite headbands. They are a little pricier but they just look the best on the head because the knot on top has some actual height rather than flattening out your head like a lot of other headbands do. Can’t recommend enough!
Comfy/Cozy Gifts
Here I have things like pajamas, cozy blankets, slippers, candles etc. Everyone likes these things and nothing is more exciting than opening a cozy something or other when it’s cold outside.
Shoes
Several of these I have! Chelsea boots make an excellent gift as they are versatile and practical. I have the Loeffler Randall ones and they are wonderful! I will say with any of the Dolce Vita flats, go up 1/2 size for narrow/normal feet or a full size if you have wide feet. They tend to run narrow at the toe. The rest are all true to size!
Fun Gifts
Dresses, sequins, feathers and unnecessary things that make excellent gifts because not all people will buy for themselves but would love to have them in their closet. The pink mini with feathers has my name written all over it and if my husband is reading this, I would like to formally add it to my wishlist.
Self-Care Gifts
I say it every year but luxurious bath products are one of the best gifts because most people don’t love spending $50 on a body oil but hot damn does it make them feel fancy when they use it. Always a good gift idea! I am obsessed with the L’Occitane one that’s linked below. It smells heavenly and is ultra moisturizing. I have and love it.
