Crockpot mashed potatoes should the only way to make mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving or any other holiday. Truly the easiest way to make them. Keeps the burners on the stove available for more pressing matters, like that touchy gravy. These crockpot mashed potatoes will be your new go-to!
Simple ingredients, but the chicken broth really does add a fabulous flavor to these. I also love mixing russet and gold potatoes for an extra creamy texture. But feel free to use all of one type!
