Hey Darlings!
I know, it sound amazing, right? Well, it is just that. I’ve been a fan of white russians for a long time. However, I rarely drink them because the thought of mixing milk and alcohol sort of grosses me out. This one however, uses lactose free milk rather than half and half. So not only is it lactose free, but also less fattening. 😀 YAY!
By the way, I made this again after I shot this for you guys, and tried it with unsweetened, plain almond milk. Gotta say, not mad at it! It gave a nice creaminess and it’s thicker than regular milk. More like a half and half. So feel free to try that!
Peppermint White Russian
Ingredients:
- 1 oz kahlua
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps
- Any sort of milk topping you want. I used Organic Valley lactose free milk. Almonds works too!
- ice
Directions:
- Fill a rocks glass with ice
- Add kahlua, vodka and peppermint schnapps to the glass.
- Top with your milk choice. And give a little stir!
- I garnished this with a some cinnamon.
Let me know what you guys think of this!
